Hi, let me take a minute to welcome you to the world of Bisous food and tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Miguel Kenning and I am originally from New Orleans, Louisiana in the United States, home of the famous Cajun and Creole foods. After having worked in various parts of the US for some 15 years in the food and beverage industry and working with an assortment of European and American chefs, I landed in Singapore. In the summer of '97 as chef of Bourbon St. restaurant on Boat Quay, I joined up with what was to be the Bisous crew the first time there. From there it was on to the American Club Singapore for the next 3 years, and after having spent short stints in Spanish and Swiss restaurants it was time for me to rejoin my friends back home here at Bisous.

Here at Bisous bar we do a variety of international foods and are always ready, willing and able to cater to your tastes. Just drop by and give Chef Miguel a holler, he would be more that happy to chat with you and cater a menu for your next function, that special luncheon, to impress the boss or maybe help you to have that special dish that reminds you of home. We are also available for inside and outside catering functions, maybe you want to have that working luncheon or the afternoon conference with food delivered to the office or the birthday party for the boss, just give us a call and we will be happy to accommodate.
